Yvette Evans is a young, athletic federal agent with a bright future with the company recruited by Scott Phillips, Director of the Special Forces unit within the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Together with David Peterson, Director of the SWAT team of the CIA, they form a group of young recruits to head a top-secret branch of both agencies to undermine terrorist groups, traitors and rival agents that cause threat to National Security. When word of a specially formulated chemical with the possible destructive nature of 4 atom bombs combined gets picked up from cross channels, the team must scramble to put an end to its production before the idea becomes actuality and it is used in a catastrophic war.
