Chapter 01: Message in a Bottle
The team is back for a whole new season of action and diving back in head first. When a body discovered in Lancaster Park is connected to three earlier homicides, the team learns they are dealing with a serial killer who isn't done yet. Notes left on each victim indicates his next target and it's a rush against time to find him before another woman falls prey to the Romeo Slasher.

Chapter 02: Chain Letter
Another murder leads the team down to the subway and a body they hope leads them to a break in the case. Dustin finds himself thinking about home when he encounters an insignia from his past. Hoping it's not a sign of things to come, he tries to ignore it and keep his skeletons in the closet.

Chapter 03: Snail Mail
Yvette receives a letter from Ethan that contains a key to a storage locker and information about his last mission. Immediately she takes the note to Scott for answers but something about the way he speaks leads her to believe he is not being completely honest.

Chapter 04: Text for Fun
At home with Ryan and Stefanie who is adjusting to life in her new house just fine. The guys make a little head way in the case of the Romeo Slasher and Yvette gets a lead on where her ex-partner Chris "Suicide" Landry may have disappeared to.

Chapter 05: Tongue Tied
Scott reveals to Vivica that he has not told Yvette everything she should know about the circumstances surrounding her mother's death. Vivica convinces him that in order for her to move on completely she should have all of the information. Yvette goes through the boxes from Ethan's storage and realizes that there was never a moment her father wasn't around. And a surprise phone call leads Yvette one step closer to the end.

Chapter 06: Sorry Wrong Number
Dustin makes a call to Korea that holds the fate of his family's future. Yvette opens up about the phone call with Ethan and another hang up call puts Brett on edge. The team gets new information concerning the Romeo Slasher and a break in the investigation may put them on the path of the killer.

Chapter 07: Soap on a Rope
SEXUAL CONTENT
The team head to the Greensville Correctional Unit to question Juan Vargas regarding his purchase of the Poppyvine. On the way home, they are caught in the crossfire of a drive-by shooting by a dark SUV. Dustin believes the attack may have something to do with the threatening letters and phone calls he's received from the Ggangpae. Afraid of what else they may do, Dustin comes clean and has a little surprise for Mica.

Chapter 08: Crossword
The team work on leads that get them one step closer to uncovering the identity of the Romeo Slasher. Scott takes Yvette to lunch and reveals something about her past that she hadn't considered and his reason behind keeping her in the dark for so long. Meanwhile the Slasher is at it again and another woman is taken.

Chapter 09: Dial ‘M’ for Murder
Brett thinks up a possible law enforcement connection to the Slasher and everyone goes to work connecting the dots that ultimately lead them towards conclusion. But all is not well when they realize the Slasher's last victim may be strapped to a bomb ready to take out an entire block downtown.

Chapter 10: Dead-End Drive
The team narrows down their search for Chris "Suicide" Landry to a warehouse in the water district. Word also comes down from HQ that there is possible Intel concerning operations Landry is set to execute in the Nation's capital. Planning an assault to take down her ex-partner and recover this vital information in the process becomes a problem when the team finds themselves in the middle of a shootout that leads to an explosive discovery.
